Tubby
This is our
Boxer Lab Mix Tubby. He is 14 MO. Old and he is a character.
He loves to be in my lap and loves to travel. He came to us
on a fluke and I don't know what I would do without him. He
is
truly a gem! He was named because he came to us, he was just
a baby and he was so fat, we called him Tubby, like Tub O
Love, which he really is, so it fits well, although it may
be a strange name.
Casey
Casey's mom is a
Brindle Boxer, dad is a Yellow Lab. At 1 yr she's slowed to
65#'s but is a real cuddler. These are her at about 7
months. Too bad the "Boxador" isn't really a 'breed' because
they make such wonderful companions.
Daisy
This is our boxer/lab mix,
Daisy. She is from a small rural dog pound in Kansas,
and has just made the transition to the far northern
reaches of Wisconsin. She is sweet and loving, and wants
everyone to be her friend. Even with this silly bow,
she's a lovely little girl that no one wanted, and we
are thankful that we got a chance to save her!
She now lives on Black Dog
Farm with a big bossy sister Olivia (a shepherd/lab), a
big dopey brother Colby (shepherd/lab), a smart and
silly brother Furbee (real name Arthur, husky/lab also
from the same small town in Kansas), and a small, sassy,
big-mouth brother named Bitty (real name Otto,
beagle/shepherd/lab mix). All our dogs are rescue
puppies and they love each other (and us) desperately.
