Dakota loves digging in the sand for crabs at
Panama City Beach, Florida you can see the sand
on his nose.
When we go on walks Dakota would pick up the
palm leafs and carry them home to chew on. It
really looks like he's sweeping the walks. He
knows to turn his head to climb the stairs
without hitting the handrail with the palm
branch.
Dakota also has a super bird noise and would
ride on top the pickup cab to get a better look
when hunting Pheasant in South Dakota, he would
lay with his paws over the windshield unless he
smelled a bird then he would stand up and let us
know to stop, jump out and point the bird,,, we
hunted with cameras only.
Dakota is
in Anthem, Az at our new home he posed for this

Dakota was
born in Panama City, Florida we paid 69.00 at a
pet store. When my daughter Kelly and I first
saw him I put him on the floor when the
store was full of people and kids ,, , I shook
my keys and tossed them to see what he would
do... he totally ignored the other people and
went for the keys every time ,he was 10 weeks
old ,, I bought him right away!
The store
called him part Springer Spaniel part Lab; I
call him a full blooded 'Springador', born on
Halloween night.
Dakota
loves everyone but is very protective when he
knows to be...
He has a
large vocabulary of tricks and can say "I love
you" for a cookie...
Everyone
loves Dakota he is very special and he is part
human when you look closely you can see his
thoughts thru his beautiful eyes...
